The food was FANTASTIC, Julie and I shared a taste of the Salmon and the Chicken and her comments were BEST CHICKEN EVER! The Salmon was out of this world, something so simple and really no way to describe the perfect blend of flavors. The Pepper soup, out of the world! I have actually had a Red Pepper soup in the last week, nothing compared to it. Sorry now, I should have taken your offer of the recipe when I had the chance and the chicken, Especially when you said it was not in that fantastic cook book, you should add those two to the next cook book for sure! We have tried 3-4 out of the book with company and we got raving reviews. We took some of the credit but had to promote your book and give you guys the credit, we only followed your instructions. The small pamphlets you had in the house, I took 6-8 of them and stuck them on the bulletin board on Hibernia, they are all gone, so next trip I will pick up some more, or if we drop by on the bikes, I would like to bike up some more!
... You have outstanding skills when it comes to the style and matching of decor! Julie is an interior decorator and she said she had learned several things that she would not have known if it was not for George House. The walls are a very interesting item and really sets the place off with style! It adds a very prestigious flare to the building and promotes care and pride of ownership. Hats off to you and your team for a very enjoyable stay!
We will return after Julie's leg is better and she can enjoy more of the buildings and the grounds!

“Best Time in all of Newfoundland & Labrador!”
This is truly a special place that requires a personal visit to really experience it. Both hosts, Todd Warren and Dale Cameron were most welcoming. Each one compliments the other to create an exceptional stay at this B&B for any traveller. Every small detail was attended to without exception.
My stay was for eight days, however it felt like a month's vacation away from everything in a hidden away nirvana. The Albert room I stayed in was delightful, with an ocean view from the bathroom even! The bed and linens were exceptional, like sleeping on a cloud and it was difficult to leave the bed for the delicious breakfasts that awaited each morning; thank you Todd.
The food was exceptional, presented and served beautifully with wonderfully attentive service. In particular, I was most appreciative of the special consideration I received in regards to my specific need of gluten free meals. Lovely gluten free biscuits were provided, which are a personal weakness. I especially enjoyed the gluten free soups, Roast Red Pepper and Tomato & Portobello and Button Mushroom; my favourite being the Roast Red Pepper and Tomato, which was exquisite.
It's difficult to isolate any particular aspect of the whole experience as a highlight when the entire stay was the highlight of my year. Suffice to say, I will be returning for another stay at a future date to this special place.

Ideal From Start to Finish.
We truly enjoyed our stay and were happy to spend our three days with you as it allowed us to tour the Baccalieu Trail, the Irish Loop, as well as visit Cape St. Mary’s without having to change accommodations. Your staff are top notch, breakfast was a delight each and every day and we thoroughly enjoyed the little extras that you do – they were not overlooked.
